CHIRP Radio 5th Anniversary at Lula Cafe

CHIRP Radio and Lula Café, two Chicago institutions known for their support of local music and artists, are pairing up this January to celebrate the independent-minded radio station's fifth anniversary online at http://chirpradio.org, and the FCC's recent decision to award the outlet a broadcast license for 107.1FM.

The Chicago Music Dinner will take place at Lula Café, on Monday, January 19, featuring a delicious three-course meal prepared by Lula chef Jason Hammel, paired with beers from Half Acre Brewing. Cocktail hour begins at 6pm, with dinner following at 7.

Throughout the evening, CHIRP DJs will spin a mix of Chicago music, past and present, and diners won't leave empty-handed each place setting will include a limited edition local music mix CD curated by CHIRP. A silent auction will give attendees the chance to enjoy and bid on framed concert posters created by some of the city's top poster artists.

Tickets for the Chicago Music Dinner celebrating CHIRP Radio's 5th Anniversary cost $65, including tax, gratuity, and beer pairings.
