Q&A
Question: |
Why can I only buy one Series Discount Pass (SDP) per order? |
Answer: |
When you purchase tickets with the Series Discount Pass, you will be choosing the number of shows you wish to see, anywhere from 2 to 8 shows. |
|
Question: |
What can I do if I buy a SDP for a venue with reserved seating and the seat the Brown Paper Tickets system allocates me is not to my satisfaction (for example, you may need an ADA accessible seat or you maybe planning to attend the performance with another ticket holder whom you would like to sit next to)? |
Answer: |
If your seating assignment needs adjustment for any reason, please contact Brown Paper Tickets Customer Support at 1-800-838-3006, extension 2, or by emailing Support@BrownPaperTickets.com. One of our representatives will be happy to work with you in changing your seating assignment, based on what is available at the time. |
|
Question: |
If I pay for a SDP and then find out that one of the shows I wanted to include in my SDP is already sold out, what should I do? |
Answer: |
If you don't wish to choose another show and it's still within 12 hours of placing your order, you may cancel your pass, and order another one, for a lesser quantity of tickets. If 12 hours have passed since placing your original order, please contact Brown Paper Tickets directly, 1-800-838-3006 x.2, or by emailing Support@BrownPaperTickets.com, and we'll be happy to assist you. |
|
Question: |
What is the policy if I buy a SDP and then change my mind about one of the shows I have selected and want to choose a different show instead? |
Answer: |
You may revisit the show selection process at any time to remove shows from your list, as well as add others. Simply follow the link to your confirmation page (located in the receipt email you received), and from there click the button that says, “Log In To Passholder Management System.” You'll be able to modify your selections here. |
|
Question: |
Can a SDP be used to buy more than one ticket to a single performance? |
Answer: |
If a particular show is running multiple days you can use a SDP to buy one ticket for each performance (should you wish to do so), but the SDP is only good for one ticket per performance. Additional persons wanting to attend a performance with you will need to get their own SDP or buy a single ticket for that show. |
|
Question: |
What should I do if I want my SDP tickets mailed to me? |
Answer: |
Series Discount Passes automatically set to Will-Call -- all you need to do is bring a Photo ID when you head to your events, and you'll be admitted at the door. If you need to make other arrangements for your tickets, please contact Paul Rice (paul@brownpapertickets.com or 1-800-838-3006 x.7015).
|
|
Question: |
I'm really frustrated about this process! What is my recourse? |
Answer: |
Please contact Paul Rice, the SFIAF's main contact at Brown Paper Tickets, and is responsible for setting up the system you're using to order tickets. He can be reached by email, paul@brownpapertickets.com, or by phone, 1-800-838-3006 x.7015 |
