A walking tour of the past, present and future promise of Pioneer Square with an interactive exercise a tours' end. The tour will include: Pioneer Square's past , led by Knute Berger (pending) to historic places and buildings; Pioneer Square's present led by Todd Vogel, International Sustainability Institute's Alleys revitalization projects (pending) and Edd Cox artist and Gallery owner on live in studios (pending); Pioneer Square's Promise of the Future led by Gary Johnson, Seattle DPD (pending) and Mark Hinshaw, LMN Architects (pending) on the promise of city life in future Pioneer Square. The tour will terminate at the "Mind Wall" in the Design Block where you can draw of write your dreams of the promise of Pioneer Square on Allied Arts portion of the Mind Wall.
NOTE: King County is requesting those going on our tour to the top of King Street Station tower wear closed toe shoes. The tour to the top and looking out with dialogue will be worth the inconvenience.
