Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance
The trilogy begins with Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance when Ryu, a young, unemployed deaf-mute, sells his kidney on the black market in order to pay for his older sister's life-saving transplant. When he realizes he's been ripped off, Ryu teams up with his quirky revolutionary girlfriend to kidnap the daughter of his wealthy and sinister former boss.
