Brown Paper Tickets is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding customer service from our Long Island City, New York, office.

– Sunday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
– Wednesday through Sunday, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
**A day-time training period will take place Monday – Friday for a few weeks prior to starting the shift schedule designated above.
