Parlez-vous francais? Brown Paper Tickets is seeking a full-time bilingual (French / English) Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service from our Edinburgh office. Please only apply if you can speak AND write fluently in both French and English.

Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:00 p.m. Saturday through Sunday and 10:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Wednesday
*Weekday training period for first several weeks prior to starting the shift schedule designated above. Future travel to company headquarters in Seattle, Washington, USA may be required.
